Club Rules

  1. Please read each card carefully to make certain it will be valid when you intend to use it. Only listed locations are obligated to honor the discount and only at the times and for the items specified.
  2. All holidays (including Valentine’s Day, St. Patrick’s Day, Easter, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Eve, etc.) are excluded unless the individual business has made an exception.
  3. Cards may not be used with other promotions, discounts or specials (Example: Early Bird Specials, Senior Citizen Rates, etc.). If in doubt, check with the establishment first.
  4. Complimentary dinner entrees do not include appetizers, desserts, beverage or a la cart items not regularly included in the entree price. Taxes are extra.
  5. Card need not be presented until finished dining, but preferably before the bill is totaled. Some restaurants require cash only, while others will be happy to honor credit cards.
  6. Group dining – when more than 2 people dine together these rules apply: 1) One bill per table, no separate checks. 2) limit of 3 cards per party. The least expensive adult main course in the group is deducted, not the least expensive per couple.
  7. Metro Dining Club shall not be responsible in the event that any participating establishment is unable or refuses to honor its contract to accept the card. The Metro Dining Club will attempt to secure compliance.
  8. Neither Metro Dining Club nor merchant are responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced or mutilated cards. Cards will NOT be replaced free of charge.
  9. Resale or trading of Metro Dining Club cards is PROHIBITED.
  10. Unless otherwise stated, offers for fine dining restaurants are not valid for carry out.
