How to Order Metro Dining Cards

The Metro Dining Club does not accept credit cards. If you are familiar with our programs, and know what you wish to order, please download a printable order form. Simply mail in your order form with a check or money order, and we will mail out your cards within 5-10 business days.

You may also pick up your cards at our office in Cottage Grove. We are located in the lower level of the US Bank Building next to Kohls.
